Respect Environment Groupe Among the 8 SMEs Selected to Participate in the Arab SME Summit in Doha, Qatar

The Arab SME Summit, organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN ESCWA) in collaboration with the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, offers a unique opportunity for eight innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, and Palestine. These companies stand out for their commitment to the circular economy, sustainable agriculture, and innovation—central themes of the summit. The event will span three days, during which SMEs will showcase their cutting-edge projects and ideas.

The selection process was highly competitive, with 42 SMEs submitting applications. Respect Environment Groupe was selected for its groundbreaking work in transforming construction waste into opportunities for sustainability, aligning with the "RE-MED" project. This summit provides an excellent platform for REG to showcase its impact and network with industry leaders, investors, and innovators from across the region.

The Participating SMEs

REG joins seven other companies working in diverse fields ranging from waste recycling to agri-tech. Each selected company will have the opportunity to engage in workshops, policy dialogues, and mentoring sessions, with the goal of expanding their reach, securing new funding, and building partnerships for future growth.
