At the heart of the Mediterranean, an innovative project stands out for its ambitious vision: the RE-MED project. Fueled by cross-border collaboration between France, Italy, Lebanon, and Tunisia, RE-MED receives 90% funding from the European Union under the IEV CTF MED program. This 37-month initiative embarked on a journey until October 3, 2023, with a total budget of 3,084,246.92 EUR. Its goal is to transform construction and demolition waste (CDW) into valuable resources for road construction and maintenance while contributing to the emergence of a circular economy in the Mediterranean region.
